:) I think it went well.
We chatted for a little bit (introductions and just stuff like that) then went over the class content. My first class is a course overview and nutrition. Being a homebirth couple (and one is a chiro) I didn't have to go into much detail about that. Everything went smoothly though.
I'll be doula/midwife assistant for their birth as well. :) Mw was going to mention it here in a few weeks, after we've all gotten to know each other. But when I mentioned that I had my training, had a doula birth in Oct, and am now working with their mw they asked if that meant I would be at the birth. I told them that mw had mentioned she would talk to them later on and that mw has another doula they can meet/interview...but yes, if they wanted me then I would be there. They looked at each other and nodded, saying they'd be fine with me there since we know and are comfortable with each other. So the end of March and beginning of April will be busy for me!
