Need Brainstormers
Okay doing this Alternative Health Expo next weekend, got everything for my booth - not hard as I usually do 3-4 of these things yearly. However; I've been given 20-30 minutes to do a demonstration. What can I demonstrate? I've thought about comfort measures, breastfeeding but I really don't have enough "props" as you will to do it properly. Any suggestions on what I CAN do? I have a birth ball, rebozo, massagers...it that enough for 1/2 hour? HELP!!!!!

to help you demonstrate? If you plan to talk for about 15 minutes you can probably get enough questions to fill the other 15 minutes. Maybe have a list of FAQ's on hand in case the questions are sparse? I think more and more people are realizing they can use the ball in labor but don't know how good it is during pregnancy for back pain etc. Plus if they never sat on one during pregnancy they probably aren't likely to ask for it in labor. Anyway, I'm rambling....I'd probably chose a birth ball demo
