Canadian Wal-Mart event

Ok, I guess I am going to participate in the Wal-Mart Ask A Doula event, even though I do have a client due that weekend.

So..what kind of displays is everyone doing.

*If* I don't procrastinate and *if* I get it together by then I am thinking a display board. I used one last year at a trade show, but I think I want to redo it.

What kind of ideas does everyone have?? And you have to remember that I am not in a natural birth community, and I am a mainstream person/doula, and I really want to make sure that doulas come across the way I want them portrayed. ( I did share a booth a few years ago with a real earthy doula...needless to say we did not get along well, and were not well recieved in our community. I let her do the booth, and there was just way to much stuff that our community was not ready for).

I of course will have the usual brochures and business cards... I am just wondering what kind of handouts. If any? I was told I can bring whatever i want...just no product.

Whats everyone else doing?

From my understanding everything is provided(table etc), so I'm bringing my client scrapbook, pamphlets, business cards, and my birth bag(tools). I'm supposed to get my info packet in the mail soon so I'll have a better idea then.
