need help helping a friend

i need the newest info about paxil for a bf mama friend.

she has been on zoloft,a nd not had good results, i knwo the next recommended med for bf mamas is paxil, what can you tell me about it from (the most current) hale?

darnit, i knew i should abought it when i had the chance

Paxil is an L2, with L1 being safest. Zoloft is also an L2. If she is not having good results from Zoloft or suffering too many side effects then she should ask her dr. to switch her to Paxil.

she was only hesitant because of some studies done on paxil& pregnancy that came out 8 months ago, i gave her the info from hale's site, and it basically seemed the same that i had in my older book.
