Breastfeeind bundle.... ideas

Ok ladies, I have an idea/question sort of thing, and thought who better to ask than all of you. I am starting with making slings, swaddling blankets, covers for boppy's and other little things for a small amount of income while i build my business, gotta start somewhere, but anyway I was trying to put together what i'm calling the fourth trimester package which will include the following:

Two boppy covers, a sling, two swaddling blankets, out of the scraps of the fabric I make little mini quilted burp clothes, and that was about all i could think of as far as home made things. If you ladies have any recommendations (doesn't have to be a homemade item, I love to shop!!) I would greatly appreciate it. Oh and I recommend the book the happiest baby on the block, haven't quiet finished researching if i can sell that in the package or not, but I am going to find out.... Thanks in advance ladies.

I make hooded towels that are cute cute cute!! They are super easy and the only cost is a towel a wash cloth and somet trim. I also make matching wash mitts and those are super cheap to make. I buy bundles of wash cloths for 18 cloths for less than $5 and use left over trim.

if you want to make it mostly a bf bundle, the book"so that's what they're for" would be a great addition imo.

Washable breastpads and postpartum pads.
I'd probably not put in the Boppy covers - unless you're going to include a Boppy.

What about some lanishoh? That stuff works miracles. lol If you don't want to spend that much on some, you can get samples to include! Also motherwear.com will also give you some brochures.

It really depends on what you're going for here - a Breastfeeding Bundle, or a Fourth Trimester Pack? Each would be different in my eyes.
Personally, a postpartum package would appeal to me more, since I don't like subconsciously conveying to mamas that they need all types of gadgets and lotions to breastfeed.

If you are doing a 4th trimester bundle I suggest buying a package of depends and include 2 or 3 in each one. Get the ones that are like pull ups. You can put them in a gallon zip lock. I tell my clients that they are great for the first couple of days at home. They can put their pads IN the depends and change as needed. That way their clothes and bedding are really protected. They rarely need enough to buy a whole package though.

Oh, my goodness, what a great idea! I never thought of using them! My mom owns a medical supply company, so I could get them for cost once I start my ppd training. GREAT IDEA!!!!!!!!!!!
