Prenatal Bellydance in MO--pass it on

Hi--I'm passing this on for anyone who is in MO or has clients there...DeeDee was my ALACE workshop instructor and she's awesome...

I am offering an absolutely free 6 week session of The MotherHip
Prenatal Bellydance classes!
They will begin tomorrow, Wednesday August 22nd at 6:30pm and meet at
Columbia Community Birth Center.
There will be chocolate!

The MotherHip Prenatal Bellydance is a fun and excellent way to stay
active and prepare for birth. I have been teaching these classes
for 6 years and recently have been featured on the cover of the Wall
Street Journal!
There are only 2 requirements for this class:
1. You must be pregnant
*and*
2. You must be considered low-risk and sign a waiver to that effect.
