Anyone know where to find this? I tried googling it but didn't have any luck!

So I am Googling today to find it and found this thread!
I saw a video she presented at Lamaze that she called "The Heart of Birth" and that is what I am looking for, but all I am finding is "Birth Day II" (which is available at Cascade and Midwifery Today) Does anyone know if "Heart of Birth" is a chapter on "Birth Day II"?
