Comfort Measures class

Does anyone have any special ideas for teaching a class on comfort measures?

I teach a whole class on it, but call it a "Relaxation Class" I offer it to people who are trying to have a natural birth after a medicated,cesarean or intervened birth. I also offer it as a refresher course for those who have already taken a "Bradley-type" class. My outline is all over the place right now but if you would like to see it I can send it....

I just got asked to teach Comfort Measures tomorrow at the Crisis Pregnancy Center.

I kind of have things together, but since it is short notice, I'm looking for what else is out there.
