Need a nutrition diary type thing

Something the students can take and keep track of their nutrition for a week. I've tried looking online but can't seem to find what I'm looking for.

Hi Heather,
How detailed do you want it to be? Do you want them keeping track of carbs, protein, dairy or even more detailed - iron, calcium etc?

If you just want them to keep track of what they are eating and use this as a jumping off point for discussion you could just put together a simple table with days of the week on the top and breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, other along the side.

Don't know if that helps but if you can't find someting online than this is what I would do.

Cheers,
Shawna

I think this is more along the lines of what I want.

They had one in the Bradley class I observed but I never got to see the paper they used.

The one we use for Hypnobabies has some spaces to fill in what meal/snack you ate and then a column to fill in the number of grams of protein and a line to total the amount of protein for the day.

At the bottom it has this:
Milk products 1 2 3 4
Eggs 1 2
Protein foods 1 2
Green Veggies 1 2
Whole grains 1 2 3 4
Vitamin C food 1 2
Fats 1 2 3
Fruits 1
water to thirst ___

I can't find a nutrition log online that is specifically for pregnancy but I found this http://www.fitnessandfreebies.com/he...tritionlog.htm. Not perfect but I'm sure you can work with it.

What about something like this (site lists basic guidelines for using the journal) or this?
