CAPPA?

I'm playing around with the idea of getting my CBE certification through CAPPA - any CAPPA-trained CBEs here?

I am not a CAPPA CBE but am lots of other things CAPPA, but wanted to mention that all the CAPPA cert materials are on sale through Dec 15...

I am still working on my cert. but it's through dona, but I'm a member of cappa.. but I do want to get some certification through cappa in the near future..

I had never realized that CAPPA offered a CBE certification!! And yes, I got the email from them this AM about the discount!

I do childbirth education classes for my doula clients - I have read just about every book on childbirth education that I can get my hands on and have gone to various workshops, but I think that going through an actual CE training would be very helpful to me with my classes with my clients.

I'm glad to hear that some of my doula sisters here at alldoulas have gone through the training and/or are certified with CAPPA for CBE!!

The requirements, etc. look pretty self-explanatory.....I would appreciate any feedback though on the actual training - specific trainers you thought were excellent, any thoughts on the training, etc.
