Planning for baby form
I made a form for parents to have a bit of a gameplan for after baby gets here - does it seem too overwhelming?

I think it is great. This would be a good tool for parents to go over together so the roles are clearly defined BEFORE baby comes. It also gives parents little things to think about, I dont think it is too involved.

I think this is an EXCELLENT idea!

While I do like the idea of having blanks for them to fill in, IMO, I think it would *look* better if it were all on 1 or 2 pages with the questions just listed down the middle. Does that make sense? I'm really not trying to say anything bad, cause I do love it!
