When I met with my clients who just hired me tonight, the dh asked me if a lawyer looked over my contract for me because it was very thorough and looked like it had the 'lawyer stamp of approval'. AND, he's an insurance underwriter so he looks at contracts all the time! I didn't have a lawyer look at it, but it's nice to know that I did a good job on it! (if you want to see it, it's at www.journeybirthservices.com/forms.html)
Quality! Nice, short, and to the point. Makes me want to revamp mine, I think mine is way to long.

your forms are so well done. if you don't mind me asking or if you could share, where did you find them or did you do them yourself?
I found a few different ones and took the bits I needed and changed them around until I had the info I needed/wanted. I did a lot of searchs for doula forms lol.
