How do I...

Hi ladies,
Well, its been forever since I've been on here. Things have been crazy. BUT I have my 1st potential client! YAY!
Anyway, she wants me to e-mail my brochure, etc to her instead of mailing it. Its currently saved in publisher and I don't know if she has that program or not. So I need to know how to save it to that 1.) Its in good format w/ pictures, etc. 2.) its not editable (um, is that a word). I think it would just look a lot more professional if there weren't all those lines and stuff.
I tried saving it in .html format so she can just open it through the web, but then the text goes behind my pitcures and you can't read it.
Can anyone help??
Thanks!!!!!

what about saving it as a .pdf? I don't know much about but I do see most things people don't want anyone to change...just want them to be able to print it etc end up being sent as a .pdf.

I am sure someone here with much more experience will chime in but you can give it a try in the mean time.

You can search for a print driver that basically "prints" your document to a PDF file and then saves it on your computer.
I have one called cutepdf. Works great.

Definitely send it as a pdf. Google " free pdf converter" and you should find something that will work. Some of them are pretty great, I did it with my brochure from a word doc to pdf last week.
