Binder question

I have found some awesome things to put in a binder. I also read the thread on here and it was so helpful. There is just one thing I am missing that I really want to include. Does anyone know of a good handout that has pictures of some of the labor positions, like slowdancing, squatting, dangle, etc. Thanks!

ETA: this community is great, you support new and aspiring doulas so well. Thanks for answering al my questions!

Penny Simkin's Comfort in Labor handbook (content taken from The Birth Partner) is available for free download from Childbirth Connection.

I can't get it to work. Whenever I click to download the pdf, it keeps taking me to a Cesarean page.

I got it to work. You have to be registered with them though - and log in. It then told me "you have firefox" and then I clicked a PDF link and it loaded in a new window. I am not sure if that helps you?

oops! sorry, I forgot about being logged in...

I've been trying to upload it to my post as an attachment, but it's too big.

This isn't related to the original post, but it has to do with binders.

Do you double side your pages?

How thick are your binders? How many inches are the rings?

I double side most pages, I have colored subject dividers, and they're on a 1/2 inch ring, but will be upgraded to a 1 inch ring soon due to being packed.

Mine is also double sided with subject dividers, except mine is already the 1 inch ring.
