Handouts for clients who have babies with disabilities

I'm bulking up one of my binders and just added this fantastic piece to my list of resources for clients (as soon as I am able to read it without choking up, it will also become something I use for a portion of my childbirth classes).

Welcome To Holland by Emily Perl Kingsley (click underlined link to view).

You can find more informational handouts for use with clients on the National Down Syndrome Congress website.

Does anyone have links to other handouts that I can use for clients who have babies with disabilities (not necessarily limited to Down Syndrome - I would like to have basic information on hand for a variety of common newborn conditions)?

*There's also a song based on this essay called "Welcome To Holland" sung by Will Livingston.

This was in my Lamaze binder and I absolutely LOVE it.
