Help--need Binder "tabs" advice!

I am finishing up my binders and totally stumped on how to divide them! I have a section on general labor info( labor pain, labor positions, prolonged labor, signs of labor, etc...) and was thinking about making that section "labor and pain management" and including all my info on drugs and natural ways of handling labor too. ( good or bad idea?)

Then I have all my stuff on induction, episiotomy, cesareans, fetal monitoring,etc...so basically intervention type things so I was wondering about calling it "interventions and options" or should I break it down more or is there some other words I can use to describe that this section is "all about what we want to try to avoid!!!"

I am totally stumped--this is not earth shattering or anything but after as much time as I have put into these binders, I want them to be great!!

Oh and BTW-- My binders are pretty much focused on labor, birth and the PP time. My other tabs are these:
Preparing for Birth
Labor and pain management ( if I keep that name)
Breastfeeding
Postpartum Care
Newborn care and procedures

Thanks for any help in advance!

that sounds good. Maybe you could have a "Labor and Birth" section (or separate "Labor" and "Birth" sections) with sub-headings (maybe like: stages, support, comfort, positions, pain relief, medications, etc.) Then you can still keep your pregnancy, postpartum, bf and infant care sections intact.
I'm still putting my binder together and I'm finding that Labor and Birth topics take up the bulk of it.

I can always further divide mine, but for now they are:

Binder Loaner Agreement (tucked into front inside pocket for them to sign)
Binder Introductory Letter (first page, but before dividers)

Dividers for:
Pregnancy
Labor & Childbirth
Breastfeeding
Postpartum & Infant Care
Resources
--recommended books
--recommended websites

All that you have mentioned is incorporated into one of those topics, but that is just how I've chosen to do it. I've found that the makeup of binders and how they're divided is a personal preference type of thing.

I especially like the - Just for dads divider. Gonna have to come up with some stuff for that in mine.

Me, too; but for now I have the dads' stuff in with their other relevant sections. I only have three sheets that are just for dads, so I didn't think that was enough to justify its own separate section yet. I'd love to have more stuff, though, so I could make a "Just for Dads" divider.

I think I found most of my dads articles on iVillage. There was a lot of stuff about infant care and supporting breastfeeding etc there. Also I have a couple of good articles about labor support etc.

Oh, at the end of each section I have typed up a list of resources (books and websites) relevant to that section. Some book titles and websites are obviously listed more than once but I thought that breaking it down like that would make the information a little less overwhelming.
