Question Delayed cord clamping ?

I am in the process of building up my binder.... still !!

Anyway was talking with a friend this morning who'd wife is preg and the subject of delayed clamping and cutting of the cord came up. He had never been told about it. About the benefits of a natural third stage etc. at their ante natal classes.

What I am after is does anyone have or know of a hand out that I can use that has these benefits on them ?

TIA
Trish
