How often do you review your forms?

For those of you who use some sort of forms or paperwork..how often do you review your forms? One of pet peeves is when I come across really obviously dated handouts..that could be really good if someone took the initiative to update the information. Or..that photocopy of a photocopy look, lol..I have been guilty of those lapses. Soooo I have been going through my file cabinets and tossing quite a bit that I have been storing for years (God only knows why..maybe for historical posterity, LOL) as well as thinking about going through my binders and reassessing what I have been including, and think of ways to expand the information and make sure it is really up to date.

Would love to hear what others are up to!

Honestly, I "review" all of my materials for each client; but that's because I am very strange and obsessive about these things.

I print paperwork in very small batches - 5 copies or less - so that I have at least one of everything on hand in an emergency (and so I don't have to shred a huge stack of paper every time I update anything). Generally I go over the computer copy, customising it for my current client, and print it off the night before I need it.

My binders contain basic, mostly generic information that usually doesn't need updating unless some drastic research is released that would completely contradict what I already have. Follow-up materials requested specifically by clients (more information on particular subjects) is printed off as they need it after a check to make sure the information is still current.

That's pretty much what I was going to say, but Aussie is way more concise. Actually, I'm excited to know that I for certain do something just like my "Wonder from Down Under!" That makes two things today so far for us (thinking of the code word thread).
