postpartum handouts

do any of you give out handouts for postpartum? i have been developing a resource list for my community.
would you all like to share what you give out when you go on a postpartum visit, or if you have a postpartum client.

WEll at the pre-natal appt. I give out the general stuff, contract, confidentiality release form, my brochure/contact info, dads and doulas brochure, and the ppdoula position paper from DONA so they know what we do and don't do. Then postpartum it's more about what books they want to borrow etc. then handouts per say. It's based on what questions come up and what topics they want more info on.
