Help with my logo

I have sketched out what I want for a logo. I haven't heard back from the person who said he was interested in doing it for me, despite my "ASAP" e-mail requests... I was wanting to take advantage of VistaPrint's offer for free premium cards this week and urgently want to get my logo into the format it will look best in. Is anyone out there into graphic design interested in looking at what I've sketched by hand and making it fabulous digitally? I can't pay much (but it shouldn't be too tough since I already have the concept) Just a hint--I was inspired by the Panera Bread logo...

MY neighbor does graphic design. He did the Colorado Birth Resources logo for a VERY reasonable price. I could put you in contact with him. What does it look like? I don't see it attached.

Awe, no you d'in't! Panera....mmmm.....now I'll NEVER be able to get past the thought of yummy bread, delicous soups, and IC Mochas when I see your logo! She just agreed to help dh come up with some new template designs for his website business for a trade for her own site, so maybe she could work on a logo for you, too. Don't know how long it'd be though... she's supposedly "working on" a design for my business cards...she's had the project for a good month now.... DH might be able to do something if you've got a sketch he can work off of.
