Need Help on this... Wording newspaper article and letter

Hello Ladies,
I am having a hard time sending a letter that sounds professional & not pushy with that doula article I wrote.All I want to say basically is if you would ever be interested in doing a more extensive & detailed interview on Doulas I am available.So any ideas?

I know that you will send your letter at the PERFECT time. Don't rush yourself. You'll know when it's the right time to send it.

What I might do is include a note that said 'If you're ever interested in including a special article on doulas in your business section, health section, lifestyles section (whatever you have in your paper that may apply) please let me know! I can be contacted at xxx-xxxx and my website address is www.xxxxxxx.com if you'd like further information.
