Help with Distance Study

Hi everyone,

I have been helping some of our students get their assignments completed, and I thought I would post some of the ideas here as well.

I also thought that any of you that have "tips" or ways that you organize work, it would be helpful for me to pass on to students, so please post them on this thread.

One of my students has been having a problem memorizing terms for anatomy. I had her go to a great website that allows the user to make, use, download and print "flashcards".
They are a great learning tool. I found them very useful during Midwifery school. In fact, I kept the one I made on shoulder dystocia in my car a long time and would read it whenever I got called to a birth at night. I know that card verbatim !!!

The website is

http://www.flashcardexchange.com/

There are flashcards already there on many topics, or you can make your own...check it out and see what you think.
