Distance Training outside USA, UK, AU

Hallo,

i am from Germany but currently living for a half year in Australia, so i decided to take the training from optimumbirth, hoping to be able to attend 1 intensive week at their location. But now i got a message from optimumbirth, telling me that they are not able to qualify me, because i am not Australian.

Has someone from the Alldoulas outside the USA , UK or AU experiences with distance training? What can you recommend?

Have a look at CBI http://www.childbirthinternational.com/ as they offer distance learning worldwide I believe

I just noted their Phone number and will call them tomorrow. I have to go now to get the children from school.

Still i would be happy to hear from someone outside US,UK or AU, who had the experience beeing trained by CBI.

Nikki, the head of CBI lives in Bali or Singapore - I can't remember which. There's quite a few doulas trained by CBI who don't live in US, UK or AU. Maybe check www.findadoula.com?
