If time and money were not an issue, what would you study?

If you had the luxury of just taking whatever courses interested you, doula related or not, what would make you loose track of time, where you are totally lost in your studies?
Time, money and family commitments are not a factor here!

My immediate answer is "Midwifery!" but I don't think that's what you're after, is it? "Time, money and family commitments" are the only factors putting my midwifery studies on hold right now!

I've always wanted to be skilled at some things, but I need serious help. I would love to be able to learn, practice and ultimately lose myself in the arts of:
Guitar
Watercolor
Murals
Sculpting
Stained-glass
Batik
Cake decorating

I'm always dreaming of being a mural artist.
Every time I go to the children's hospital to visit my niece, I get totally absorbed in the murals on the walls. They're mesmerizing! If I knew how to paint like that, my whole house would be covered in murals!
Now, who's handing out time and money so I can get this going?

Glass-blowing -- I have always wanted to learn how to do that but it's just prohibitively expensive.
Knitting -- I'm an eternal "intermediate" and I just don't have the time to do any projects, or the know-how to advance my skills!
Cooking -- I cook all the time but my technique is horrible.

Pottery. It seems soooo soothing and interesting to work with clay on a wheel. I don't even care what it looks like, I just want to do it.

Cultural Anthropology. The study of how those before us lived has always fascinated me. AND this is what I would have studied if life events had not forced me onto another road.

Definitely photography.

I would also love to get DreamWeaver (website building software) and take a course on using it.

Courses on marketing and building a business.

Cooking classes.

Interior decorating classes.

sculpting with clay
making stained glass

I would have a Phd in Homeopathy and also live in a little commune with my family (the ones I like at least). It would be in Montana and we would be tough and raise livestock. LOL I'm giggling at how silly that sounds out loud. But that's what I would invest my time, money and heart into.
