I just heard the familiar bumbling of a large truck outside my living room windows, and saw through the curtains a man in a brown uniform walking away. My partner called from upstairs, "It's UPS!", and came running down the stairs. We opened up the big, brown box and found inside...

Exciting! I love, love, love getting stuff in the mail. Especially doula-related stuff! I hope you enjoy your course. I'm hoping to do an advanced training with CBI when they get the stuff up on their website.

Me too! I also ordered three DVDs from Ina May Gaskin, and I'm anxiously awaiting those. I'd love to do an advanced training one day - it's so hard to be patient!

congrats! Hope you enjoy them. On another note, you mentioned tension headaches, I tend to get them myself. The only thing that has ever worked was Feverfew, you can find it in the homopathic section at Whole Foods or Real Foods. It works wonders!
