finding a new job

For the last year I've had the perfect setup. I work full time and am paid very well as a nanny. The family supports my being a doula and lets me have a friend come over and watch the baby when I need to go to a birth. The two friends who watch her have children with in a week of her age and they know her really well.
Well they are moving out of state in june/July!! I'm so sad. Now I have to find a regular full time job that will let me leave for births twice a month. Also I need something where the pay is close to what I have now. I'm very nervous as my previous family turned out badly. This sucks!

The good thing is that you've been given some advance notice that your situation is changing. Best of luck in your search!
