and my client's EDD is TODAY!! As of yesterday, her cervix is "soft" with no dilating, so we'll see. She is going to her Midwife's tomorrow.

for my first homebirth.

Mama is due with #2 on 9/9 and as of this morning, still feeling good. I also have a mama due with #4 9/20 but she elected to have an induction on 9/14 to 9/15 (an overnight cervadil induction).

Another doula asked if I was interested in assisting her with a birth. I am just waiting to see if mom is ok with that. She is due on Sept. 6.

I have a meeting on the 4th and am Preschool helper (I agreed to that before I knew of this client) on the 5th, so hopefully I won't have to run out of either of those commitments

I'm on call. My client is 38 +3.... have been wondering if the low pressure from the storm would do it.... LOL!
Then on call again Sept 28.

I have a client due Sept. 22 w/ #2 but she is convinced she is going to birth before then. I hope (for her sake, LOL) that she doesn't go postdates because it would be torturous for her I think. So, I am considering myself

Next clients are sept 10,23 and 29.

Nothing so far for November and December...but I am expecting that to change, since I got 3 of my september/october clients in the last 3 weeks. Although I would be ok with a break too.
