Question How to pick clients AND when will you commit?

I have had great success in finding clients, since I am doing it for free right now. My problem is an overabundance of interest in certain months.

I have received 5 interested mommies for the month of August. I only feel comfortable accepting 2 clients per month.

Plus, I am worried that since they are due all the way in August, that if I choose 2 after initial interviews with all 5 right now, that perhaps the mommas that I chose to work with may lose interest by the time that August rolls around.

What would you do? Should I put all interviews for August mommies off for a few months until the time is closer and then meet witht he ones that are still interested? If that is the case, how should I communicate that to the interested mommas...I don't want to appear that I am not interested in working with them or anything like that.

Or should I just meet with all of them, pick 2 and hope for the best?
