It's Official - I'm Certified!
I got the call today!! Can I share in Noelia's excitement?? 
It feels great to finally receive that phone call and not have to wonder everytime the phone rings if it's DONA or not.

BTW..my name is Cathy 
I HAVE NOT sent off my packet yet. In fact, I've not officially received my packet.  I've read all the books on the DONA list and have my first birth lined up with EDD of March 10...SOOOOOOOOOO...I know I have to have the packet before the birth for it to 'count' so I'll order the packet in Jan...right after financial aid rolls in, baby!
I am just super excited for these gals who are finally certified and know I will be ecstatic when they call my house and give me the news.  |

Hey there......
Did you get some type of "badge" from DONA after you became certified? It's been about a month or so, since they called me and certified me, but I haven't seen a "badge" or my identification card in the mail. I thought I read somewhere that you get one......
If I don't hear from you guys about it, I'll probably call them tomorrow.

I'm still waiting for my package with my certificate and name badge as well. Shouldn't be too much longer! It's been 7 weeks for me and if I don't get anything by next week then I'll give them a buzz.
