Great PowerPoint Resource!
This resource was posted on an email list of our birthworkers organization (doulas, midwives, cbe's, chiropractors, etc.).
From the original poster: The site has loads of interesting power point presentations on pregnancy and birthing - all with evidence-based information and stats. A listing of some of the topics are: Home Birth, Gestational Diabetes, Prenatal Exercise, Interventions, etc... The original poster said that you can download the presentations for free. She also said that you could edit the presentation to meet your needs, but recommends leaving the author's info on the document.

Also posted was that most of the "experts" are from outside the US - some of the presentations are great- some not as much. The website itself (homepage) has a lot of up-to-date articles and information.
I haven't browsed through it yet, but I thought that some of you might want to take a look at it and see if there's anything that you might like to use. Happy browsing!  |
