Free Samples for Clients
I've been emailing (and I'm getting ready to write) companies asking for free samples of goodies for my clients (I figured I'd start early  ) I think I've emailed 7 companies. Well, today I received a free samples of luna pads along with a bunch of brochures and pamphlets!! I am so excited!!  It's starting to feel more "real" now, kwim?  |

I'd love to know who you e-mailed to get free stuff. So far I have gotten stuff from Lamaze International, and a few other places that I am just not so sure I want to to endorse (i.e. cord blood banking, etc.)

That's so cool! I remember getting a bag full of 100 motherwear catalogs when I had just taken my training and thinking oh wow, I'm really a doula

funny you should mention that lol. i just received 50 issues of mothewear today!
the only places i've written to so far are the ones listed on the thread in general doula discussions about freebies....i figured those companies were easy pickings  |

I just recieved a e-mail from preggie pops, they are going to supply samples for the pregnancy/baby expo that I'm organizing for March! Very cool!

Anyone want to share where they get free samples for their clients?
I am just wondering if anyone has had success in getting samples for clients to use from different companies. If you have would you mind sharing them? I would love to fill a packet for clients with information and freebies!

preggie pops sent me a large box of preggie pop drops for free and I share them with my clients. I think lansinoh also offers free samples.

go to www.threelollies.com and just email them. I got a box, too. Tell them you are a doula and would like samples to offer your clients.
And yes, Lansinoh does give samples also.
I think Luna Bars will give you samples, too.
I have heard Traditional Medicinals will give you Mothers Milk tea. I tried contacting them a while ago and never heard anything back. I didn't follow up though... |
