Fees across the US

I was looking through so many posts the other day, and was very interested to see what fees are throughout the United States.
I am in New York, Long Island our fees are:
Birth between 800-1600
postpartum 30-35/hour

What are the fees in your area?

Here in Alabama, the fees seem to be between $200 and $500 for births, but there are always exceptions...

In the Tulsa area I've seen anywhere from sliding scale (no set fees at all) to $400.

Not sure what PP fees average.

That's about the same as central Ohio. (I'm not certain about the PP work prices, but that sounds about right for here, I think).

I Live in Lubbock, TX. My fee was $400 but the other doula that was in town was charging (and had been for her whole 5 years) $500, so when she quit a month or so ago, I upped my fee to $500. Another woman I know started her cert process recently and is charging $500, also. I don't think there are any pp doulas here, but I'd like to add that to my business. Don't know what I'd charge...probably the $20-$25/hr, though

I've had a hard time finding what is charged down here in S. Florida, but from what I've seen, the range is $400-800.

I am in austin texas. I have been told that I am smack in the middle charging $600. I know of doulas charging nothing-150 and I know of at least one charging 1200. most I think are in the 500-800 range.
postpartum care ranges from 20-35 hr.
