Does anyone have forms in Spanish?
I have just recieved a call from another Doula that needs a back-up in Aug. The client primarily speaks spanish so I am looking for forms in spanish.The first pre-natal is tomarrow. Such as confidentiality release forms and such. I know very little spanish. I thought DONA would have the forms but I could only find one and it was the evaluation form. I can do them in English but I feel the client would feel more comfortable reading them herself. This will be a cert birth for me if I attend. Thanks ladies I know you will come through for me.
