Domain name
I need to get a domain name inexpensively or free. Any ideas? my web site is http://babynhandsdoula.googlepages.com

AOL free domain
Actually AOL has free domains I *think* you have to have a cell phone for them to send the code though.

I tried to do the AOL thing, but couldn't find the domain names. Bummer! I DO have a cell phone!

Well, maybe the link is just different
Go to aol.com
click on the mailbox
it'll have it where you can sign in or sign up for an aol address, and on the bottom under the blue box is a link where you can click. The example email address is tex@mychilidogsrock.com. (who would use THAT anyway?!) anyway you click on the link and it takes you there.

Well $8.95 per year at GoDaddy is pretty darn cheap. Be VERY careful with "free domain" name promos. Usually when you go to renew your name it is $15 or more per year so you really aren't saving any money!
