My Comfort Class!

Ahh, I have my class on comfort measures today. I think I did pretty good. I got the women up on the balls and down on all fours. Everyone massaged each other with tennis balls and rolling pins. Everyone had questions and I could have talked all day about it. I think I may next time talk about how to become a doula too.

I can't wait til they ask me again to come and talk. I had such a good time!

That sounds great! May I ask how much time it took you, or how long you were given, to teach the class? (just in case I end up doing something like this sometime.... )
