Favourite Relaxation Techniques?
I have a class coming up (one afternoon only) and one of the discussion topics is Relaxation for pregnancy, childbirth and beyond.
My personal favourite thing to promote relaxation is Breath Awareness. I learned it when I was pregnant, it helped so much during labour and I use it daily now.
I am curious to see what other techniques you are all using with clients or on yourselves!
