Frank Breech Birth Video

http://www.homebirth.net.au/2010/01/...ech-video.html

Here's a link to a blog by a wonderful homebirth midwife here in Australia who takes on breech births. The video is fascinating.

truly amazing! Was quite shocked to see the baby's legs flop out like that (guess I expected more muscle tone) but was still breathtaking to watch! Thanks for sharing!

You know what I like best about this birth? It can be used as a visual to argue that birth isnt necessarily painful for babies. If baby was in pain, baby would be flailing, etc, not still, peaceful, etc. Almost every breech video I've seen has had peaceful babies. No sign of pain or physical distress. Nice point to ponder.

What I liked was how "hands off" the midwife was. That was the best part! The trust.
