congratulations on the twins!!!
are they breastfeeding? check out the lll ressources: http://www.llli.org/NB/NBmultiples.html
recommended books:
- Having Twins, by Elizabeth Nobles
- Mothering Multiples: Breastfeeding and Caring for Twins or More! by Karen Kerkhoff Gromada
are two books that address the special joys and challenges of having (an breastfeeding) more than one baby.
no personal experience with twins. to me it seems like the parents need to know that it IS possible to breastfeed and babywear twins, and that it is even more important to chose a care provider who supports the parents wishes for a birth.
i hope the other ladies here can help you with some good suggestions!!

oh, and from the other thread, there's such a beautiful video showing a twins water homebirth! http://www.homebirth.net.au/search/label/Twins
