Mostly my website or referrals
I am newly practicing, so I can only tell you so far that I have had:
1. How many births do you typically have a month? 2 this month, 0ne in April so far
2. How many new clients do you get a month? Got all of my 6 clients needed for cert (birth and PP) within in2 months.
3. How do they hear about you? One was an OB referral, 2 referrals from friends, 2 from a local doula list serve (I was only hired for one of these), and 2 from prenatal clinic referrals. The OB and clinic referrals were due to me going in and introducing myself and leaving brochures.

Mostly doing a google search and finding my website - I've had a couple referrals from previous & current clients.
