Did a postpartum visit tonight--my client doubled my fee!
This family was so awesome. I really feel like I helped out a lot and they showed their appreciation for me in many ways. I feel so privileged that I got to work with them. I received my payment tonight at the postpartum visit and they gave me the largest bouquet of flowers I have ever seen, a gift cert. for a massage and check doubling my fee! I am ever so grateful and just wanted to share the flowers! 
Don't mind my expression.. I was getting impatient with DH to take the darn picture!

Isn't it nice when you get those "tips"...to me it's kind of like a raise or a good eval you would recieve at a regular job. Like, right on, I am doing something good for these families. Love it...You must be on cloud nine with that kind of appreciation!!
