Health fair!!

I've been contacted by a chiropractor that is setting up a health fair this spring. She would like me to speak to a crowd that would mostly consist of young moms, possibly with unplanned pregnancies and no support from the father. She would really like me to stress prenatal nutrition and choices in childbirth (yay!!). I need to put together some info on paper on both topics to give out at the fair.

The problem is that many people won't have access to the internet to look up info so I need to be pretty specific about what I put on paper but I also need to keep it to a minimum of 2 sides of a 8 1/2x 11 piece of paper (per topic) so more people are willing to take a look at it.

If anyone has any resources or suggestions I would appreciate it! I'm very excited about this!
