Question New Poll for the Doula's Opinion?

The Doula's Opinion is our poll on the main alldoulas.com page. I've done this before, but I'd like to revisit this and take suggestions and make a list. I'd like to change the poll once a week with a new question.

What would you like to see as a poll on the Doula's Opinion? It has to be a question with a multiple choice answer, and I can set it so people can choose one answer, or many answers. There can be up to 10 answers. Let me know what you have for suggestions!

Oh, and since the poll is attached to a thread, people can reply and expand on their answers if they'd like.

I think an interesting poll would be about clients and pain meds. Something like how many clients hire you knowing they want to go unmedicated and do, how many don't. It is because of an induced or very long labor or do they just change their minds once active labor sets in. Also, how many hire you unsure and end up being passionate about no pain meds. And then how many hire you with the assumption they wan't an epidural and end up surprising themselves and not getting one. Something along those lines...

It's a great suggestion for a poll, but I think that's better done in the regular thread format here on the General Discussion board. I don't see how I could put those answers into a multiple choice poll. It seems there are too many questions to answer and the poll is really designed for more of a simple multiple choice question. Feel free to post this in a regular thread though Christy. I'd be interested in the responses as well.

I'd like to know what avenues most doulas take for advertising, and what appears to be working for them, I don't know how you'd construct multiple choice on that as it seems to be two separate questions.

I agree with Candi on the one of how much everyone charges and how about when it comes with a friend or a friend from church, do you charge or do you give a discount, etc.

Some that I've seen elsewhere... questions about doulas with kids (how many or none), questions about other certifications or training we have (listing things like cbe, postpartum doula, massage therapist, herbalist, lactation educator/counselor...), how many years experience, what percentage of clients in hospital, at homebirths, birth centers... I like the fees one too.
