Adding tickers to my signature?

I see all the really pretty things that you ladies have at the end of your messages, tickers, animation or whatever. I have been to Snugglepie, where else can I go to make pretty things like that? I know its not anything to do with birth, but I would like nice things on my signature too. And does anyone know how to change my photo to a personal one?

Then you can edit away.
