I can't download attachments!

I get the following message when I try to download attachments from within a message:

You are not logged in or you do not have permission to access this page

Any ideas??

(For the record, I am, in fact, logged in...)

What browser do you use? Sometimes, it will appear you are logged in, but the cookie didn't work in the browser. Try physically logging out, closing the window, opening it again, logging back in and then attempt to download it. It is usually a session/cookie issue.

Yes, when I had this problem a while ago I'd be 'logged in' until I got to the download page and would have to log in again!
