Couldn't log on from work.

I was working in a different office today and couldn't log in from there. When I logged in it would say "thank you for logging in 1stimestar" or something similar with my user name. But then I wouldn't actually be logged in. Any idea?

Did you try refreshing the page? Could be an issue with cookies.

That will happen to you if you are using an AOL internal browser. There is a cookie issue with that browser and the vbulletin software.

Heh, I would never be using AOL! It may be a fire wall or cookie issue. I can do it now though so don't know what was up.

I've been having this same exact problem lately on both of my computers. What I just had to do to log in just now was clear my cookies on my computer > Log in and then click the check box saying to "Remember my password" or something like that then when it says "Thank you for logging in, ____", I click the link underneath that says something like if you are not redirected in 5 secs click here and that seemed to work this time.

I have also noticed that in internet explorer sometimes if you don't check the box to remember your username and password, it doesn't log you in.
