Lol ok yea, the powder.
Normally yes, but you don't have to wait that long if you get dye release beforehand.

but its better if you let it sit for 24 hours?
so I could do it, like, now, and be okay?
So I dont have to wait till 10 pm to put it on? since I mixed it at 10 pm last night...
I'm such a rookie!!!

As long as it's released the dye, you're good to go. The how-to book at the henna page tells you how to see that the dye has been released.
If you did it on your palm and got a stain...it's working.

Yes, package it up and use it. Freeze what you don't use in the bottles so you don't have to thaw the whole amount.
If it is warm then it only takes about 12 hours for dye release. Once you get dye release you don't want to leave it sitting as it is "using up" the dye and expiring after that.

Are you using any terps or sugars? Normally I mix lemon juice and powder then let it sit for "about" 12 hours. Then I add my terps and sugars and let it sit for a few more. Normally the whole process takes less then 18 hours but I age it in my boiler/laundry room which is very warm.

Its done, and on, and wraped!
I used the essential oils that they sent along with 2.5 tsp of sugar.
I cant wait to unwrap it in the morning!
