Paste on!

Paste on. I'll post again tomorrow when I unwrap it and wash the paste off.

Thankfully I am getting better. This new batch of henna is better too. I mixed it myself so was able to make it thinner (easier to work with). I also used lavendar essential oil in order to use on pregnant bellies.

Nope, the palm and the soles of the feet are the traditional place for henna. This is because you have more skin in those places, so more to stain, hence a longer lasting design.

Wow, Georganne that is beautiful! I have just stared at your design several times this morning. I am so impressed! How hard was it to do with the paste? Have you ever tried the pens? You have my interest peeked - big time!!!!!

Henna pens? I've never heard of them! Anyways, it helps that I have always been a doodler. I think I get a good deal better with each one, thankfully. I did try making and using a mylar cone last night which is the more traditional method of application but I didn't feel I had good control so switched back to my jaco bottle (small, soft plastic bottle with metal tip.)
