What's your favorite essential oil fragrance?

Tell me your favorite fragrance of essential oils.

Why do you like this particular fragrance?
How does it make you feel?
What does it smell like to you, does it remind you of something?

One of my favorites is Rosemary.

I like it because it is a fresh smell. It clears my sinus and head and allows me to think more clearly.
It makes me feel invigorated.
The smell reminds me of Thanksgiving dinner cooking and all of the great memories surrounding that holiday.

I love the smell of Patchouli as long as it's not too much (bad hippies!)
It makes me feel rooted and it reminds me of camp fires, the woods, and general "good times". All things nature
I don't use the oil (except in my vacuum cleaner water basin), but I like the gentle scent from a body wash or lotion.

I like lavender. It is very relaxing and I use it for headaches and to scent massage oil. I always use lavender scented baby products on my kids as well.

I really like lavender for relaxation, and peppermint for nausea or to "wake up" a room. I also use orange as well.

exactly my response! Clary Sage mixed with the lavender is particularly nice! Orange in the bath tub when you have sore muscles works wonders. I think you kind of have to get used to the scent of the oils. It seems it is almost a learned response. I didn't LOVE lavender when I first started experimenting with oils. Now that I know it is going to bring on a more relaxed state etc the scent is completely different.

I love lavender, peppermint, spearmint, lemon balm.
I especially love mint tea! I grow my own mint and dry it for when I want a fabulous cup of relaxing tea. Hey! That sounds like a good idea right now!

I like patchouli also. I have patchouli scented liquid rock deoderant. Patchouli soap. Patchouli & Orange body mist.
My sister calls it "old hippie" smell.

I love lavendar, clary sage, and eucalyptus. I have really mild asthma (really just slight wheezing when I run in cold weather, or have a bad allergy attack) and eucalyptus is amazing at clearing up the wheeze.

I lavender so much! It's so relaxing.

However, my all time favorite is jasmine. OMG!! It does something to my soul...I sought it out after becoming addicted to the flowers outside our house. It reminds me of spring and happiness!

Jasmine is a lovely fragrance. I recently ordered a body spray from Aura Cacia, it's so nice. Not overpowering, just right.

I love love love lavendar! Love it for everything. I grow it too. Even Bath and Body Works has a wonderful Lavendar "Wallflower" that I keep plugged up in the bathroom. I have lavendar spray from Aura Cacia, that I use at home, and keep in my birth bag as well. A distant second is grapefruit.

I can't stand patchouli
