Question Joint Pain

Hello ladies,
I have a client that wants info on joint pain, I have a pretty long list of remedies, causes, etc but I wanted to hear from other people on what they found helpful too.

So any info on relieving joint pain in pregnancy would be great! Thanks! ~ Ashleigh.

A certain amount of joint pain is common due to the hormone Relaxin loosening up the ligaments in preparation for birth. But if she is having pain in say her knuckles, then she needs to discuss it with her care provider. Sometimes pregnancy can kick the body into things like auto immune disorders that attack the joints. If it is "regular" prgenancy joint pain then perhaps a trip the chiropractor will help her feel better. Fairbanks Chiropractic is very pregnancy friendly.
