Body cleansing
Okay ladies, I'm looking for some ideas for a cleanse for myself. I haven't done one for more than 5 years and I just feel like it's time. I am still nursing, (16 mo. old), so I'm really not interested in a complete fasting type cleanse. I could go partial days fasting, but not all day, I just get too hungry.
 I also have a couple of issues to consider: I have a 'sensitive liver', I can't eat wheat nor bovine dairy and very littel goat dairy, only feremented raw. I and don't like a bunch of soy either. It has taken me nearly 10 years to get my diet/digestion on track and I don't want to mess any of that up. So I also want to avoid strong laxative herbs and things such as that. (my gut is so sensitive that lax herbs usually shut down my works instead of getting them going!)
I just want a run of the mill, whole body cleanse, to keep things in good running order. And to do it before we  again. So if you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate them!!
